Lazr was a Portal program, one of those in charge of managing fluctuations in the energy beam. Disliking the loneliness of Portal life, he made frequent trips to Tron City when he wasn't needed over the Sea, and spent more and more time there the longer Flynn was away. However, the Portal's many backups and safeties didn't appeal to Clu, and he░▒▓██████
